Work Play Earth Day

The 5th Annual Work Play Earth Day is coming and the Friends of Wisconsin State Parks are looking for lots of volunteers to help.

 

Events will be held over 4 Saturdays: April 13th, April 20th, April 27th and May 4th at 20 state parks, trails and forests. Volunteers will clean up trash, rake leaves, paint picnic tables and buildings, plant trees, build memorial benches, prepare campgrounds and make the park ready for another year of fun.

Held annually on the fourth Saturday in October, Make A Difference Day is a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors."
